Job Description:
Growing Tucson high-tech firm seeking an Accounts Receivable
Supervisor to lead their team of Accounts Receivable
representatives. The right candidate will provide important support
to staff in their internal collections department (not a 3rd party
collection firm).
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all activity of Accounts Receivable department
Supervision of a team of up to 5 Accounts Receivable
representatives
Manage relationships with outside collection agencies
Monthly reconciliation of A/R Ledger
Train new department employees
Assist in developing effective collection strategies
Education/Qualifications:
3+ years A/R Supervision
Bachelors Degree preferred
Consumer Collections experience preferred
Computer proficiency with Microsoft products
