Senior Tax Accountant

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret tax laws, regulations, GAAP, and Statutory tax accounting principles
Calculate income taxes reported in SEC filings
Assist in the application of tax accounting concepts to results of operations for business entities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of relevant tax experience
GAAP ASC 740 tax accounting experience or knowledge
Experience with predicting liabilities for Federal and/or State tax
Experience with computerized tax software and research programs
