for a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Assistant to join our
dynamic team. As a Payroll Assistant, you will play a crucial role
in supporting our payroll processes and ensuring that our employees
are paid accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will
include gathering and maintaining employee time records, processing
payroll reports, and assisting with payroll-related inquiries. You
will work closely with the HR department to ensure compliance with
all relevant laws and company policies. This position requires
strong numerical skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. If you are

GetAway! Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and processing
of payroll for all employees. Maintain accurate employee time
records and input data into payroll systems. Handle payroll
inquiries and address any discrepancies regarding payroll issues.
Support the HR department in maintaining employee records and
compliance with labor regulations. Generate payroll reports and
assist in audits as required. Ensure data accuracy and
confidentiality while processing sensitive payroll information.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; degree in
accounting or finance is preferred. Previous experience in payroll
processing or related administrative roles. Strong numerical and
analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office
applications, particularly Excel. Familiarity with payroll software
and practices is a plus. Effective communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
