Job Description Job Description Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company near Tempe who is looking for a Billing and AR Specialist to join their team. This job will require you to be fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The hourly rate is between $24/hr-$26/hr This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with numbers, and has a strong understanding of full-cycle billing and AR processes. Key Responsibilities Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due accounts Post customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) accurately Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing questions and payment status Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end close processes Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy Qualifications 2 years of experience in billing and/or accounts receivable Strong understanding of AR processes and reconciliations Experience working in an ERP or accounting system Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas preferred) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment If you are interested, please apply now!
