Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. Preferred candidates are great at building relationships and have an enthusiastic attitude. Experience as a receptionist is required for this role. Experience in the automotive industry is ideal but not necessary. Successful candidates are approachable, outgoing and great at assisting customers over the phone and in person. If you have a friend that you think would also be a good fit, share the ad!Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Display a high level of professionalism and multi-tasking between answering phones, greeting customers as they arrive and assisting management with various clerical duties, as needed
• Patiently listen to customer inquiries and refer them to the appropriate department for resolution
• Always display a friendly, helpful, and motivated attitude Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is required
  • Great listener, absorbs every detail
  • Cooperative and can connect with people quickly
  • An eye for managing detail-work
  • Strong PC skills preferred, including the use of standard MS Office applications
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Professional work appearance is required
