Responsibilities include implementing office standards to streamline our processes, supporting team, creating social media posts, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities:

--- Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
--- Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
--- Oversee online and print marketing efforts
--- Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
--- This role requires employees to be in the office Monday through Friday during business hours
--- Proficient in social media

Qualifications:

--- Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
--- Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
--- Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
--- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
--- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
--- Marketing experience, specifically social media
