more secure world. The Principal Property Loss Specialist role is a
critical position within the dynamic and fast-paced environment of
the Supply Chain organization. This role involves navigating
challenging and sometimes complex scenarios while ensuring
compliance with internal policies and external regulations to
effectively manage property loss reporting. The nature of the work
requires adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and the
ability to thrive in a setting where no two days are the same. As
part of this team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the
integrity of our property management systems, supporting internal
and external customers, and contributing to the overall success of
our supply chain operations. This role is responsible for
administration and oversight of property loss reporting activities
across multiple locations utilizing a variety of internal and
external systems and reports to ensure timely actions are performed
What You Will Do: Understand and apply internal policies and
external requirements, specifically Federal Acquisition Regulations
(FAR). Analyze property records and supporting documents. Frequent
interface with internal and external customers on property issues,
processes, and systems. Coordinate with and interview key
personnel. Apply technical writing/editing techniques to accurately
document investigation details. Gather key support documentation
per Customer requirements. Submit loss cases and track progress.
Work with the Government/Customer on investigation follow-up
questions. Update the system of record at multiple stages.
Consistently capture audit-ready documentation. Work independently
to resolve problems of moderate complexity by interpreting policies
and procedures and by developing solutions of moderate scope and
impact Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires: A
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years
prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
and minimum 3 years experience Experience with either Government
Property, Asset Management, Property, Operations, and or Supply
Chain. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are
eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer:
National Property Management Association CPPS, CPPA or CPPM.
Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS. Experience working with
Government/Customer representatives. Well-developed communication
skills (both oral and written) to ensure effective collaboration
with Property, Logistics, Procurement, Production Control,
Contracts, Programs, and Gov/Customer Representatives Attention to
detail for monitoring and updating records and case documentation
and organizing digital documentation, ensuring accuracy and

role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX

a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and
