Job Description:This position will be responsible for supporting the marketing (operations of the Marketing Department which include, digital, technology, concepts, CRM tool, website, social media and other marketing tools to assist Loan Officers and the organization. Essential Job Functions: Creates and monitors social media sites Creates landing pages for lead generation Creates PPC and FB Campaigns and monitors their success. Creates email templates for internal CRM Adds video functionality to marketing collateral and digital campaigns Makes website updates for new and terminated employees, adding bios and logos Works with internal sales people and implement their sales strategies into the CRM tool Assists in general CRM training Performs other duties as assignedLeverage additional tools to assist Loan Officers in their marketing effortsWorks directly with Loan Officers in their Region to assist with all Marketing needsSME on all Marketing Department tools and resources Other duties as assignedTop Skills Details:2+ years' of marketing experience preferably in mortgage or financial industryDemonstrated experience with Social Media Campaigns/VideosKnowledge of Microsoft Office and new marketing technologyOne (1) year experience working with CRM and Customer Relationship Management tools preferred, not requiredPerformance Expectations:Current social media-related knowledgeAbility to create ad campaignsAbility to multi-task and handle large amounts of requestsKnowledge of general office procedures and practices.Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong attention to detail skills in all areas of responsibilityStrong verbal and written communication skills, to include high level of grammar and spelling expertiseMust possess excellent interpersonal skills and poiseAbility to work both within a team environment and independently to prioritize tasksAbility to maintain and meet demanding timelinesAbility to function under pressure in a high volume constantly changing environmentStrong customer service orientation, including follow up and follow through with customers.Work Environment:Office setting/ corporate headquartersSocial distancing is being practiced.
