Development - Intugo JOB SUMMARY - We are looking for an
enthusiastic, motivated and self-driven person interested in
international business and cross-cultural solutions to join our
marketing team as a Marketing Lead. - About Intugo Intugo is a
sister company of Tetakawi, Group and works as a connector between
International Companies and the needs of their operations: talent,
facilities, administrative support, payroll processing and
administration, human resources management, among other services. -
We are specialized in operations such as: contact center, business
process outsourcing (BPO), software development, networking
support, engineering design among others. Position Overview This
position is ultimately responsible for generating leads which
subsequently go through a sales process for conversion into
clients. To achieve this, the Marketing Lead must collaboratively
engage in lead generation goal setting, planning, and execution of
inbound and outbound marketing activities, including performance
measurements. The Marketing Lead shall also provide input to
corporate-level functions, including participation in strategic
discussions and content recommendations related to branding,
messaging, and digital marketing. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES - CONTENT MARKETING -
- Collaborate with external and internal resources to develop
content for newsletters, blogs, press releases, websites, and
marketing collateral as needed. -
- Primarily in the context of digital marketing, this function
creates and distributes relevant and valuable content to attract,
acquire, and engage a clearly defined and understood target
audience to generate leads. -
- Responsibilities include ideation, curation, provision,
optimization, copyright, approval, dissemination, and repurposing
of text, videos, podcasts, graphics, tables, graphs, blogs, white
papers, testimonials, links, forms, press releases, and
newsletters. PROSPECTING -
- Identify the market that will be targeted in outbound
prospecting campaigns.
- Produce messaging (value proposition) and content for the
outbound prospecting campaign.
- Carryout email campaigns. This includes mass emails, segmented
emails, and personalized emails.
- Monitor website visitor activity. Based on activity, approach
visitors through phone or email.
- Produce marketing collateral. This includes brochures, display
booths, posters, and other collateral for events, as well as
advertising graphics, signs and banners. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
(Education, experience, certification) -
- Business or Marketing degree, with 3-5 years of
experience.
- Creative, innovative, outside-the-box thinker with a passion
for digital marketing
- Strong writing, researching and editing skills -
- Ability to adapt style and tone of voice to suit a range of
different industries -
- Bi-cultural with proficient-level verbal and written
communication skills in Spanish and English
- Solid presentation skills, both internally and client-facing

required.

professional, business casual, office environment. This role
routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones,
photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
