The Product Marketing Manager is often the first point of contact a new potential client is seeking information on the products and services. The Product Marketing Manager cultivates, develops and delivers sales in new regions and verticals. Able to develop solid business cases including evaluating options, implementing the strategy and finalizing recommendations. Leads a project through the definition and planning phases of business development cycle including the monitoring and control pieces of the project to completion. Responsible for launching Products and Services that shape our customer's business and travel experience.

This position is responsible to research, identify, document, and communicate the requirements and strategic direction and next steps for new and existing business development opportunities for Amadeus Revenue Integrity. Ensuring such opportunities are based on market demands and meet customer expectations, resulting in increased revenues and market share. The Product Marketing Manager manages writing and review of new and existing contracts, pricing new vertical services where appropriate and working with product management to ensure product requirements and specifications hit the mark for our customers long term success.

What You'll Do


  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities, contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings as needed.
  • Plan and oversee service and marketing initiatives for new verticals.
  • Create project and customer plans with targeted initiatives to increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones and ensuring customer satisfaction KPIs are met.
  • Represent client at attend conferences, meetings, and industry events as required.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients and work with legal teams to review and close out contracts.
  • Assesses market competition, competitive advantages and unique selling points by comparing initiatives and products to competitors' and ensure unique selling proposition is documented and aligned to meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Understand viability and long term strategy to prioritize changes.
  • Work with Product Management and Product Marketing teams on product requirements, product strategy, pricing and product descriptions.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects and for services and ensure project controls are in place (risks, budget, issues and dependencies) and variances monitored/communicated.
  • Develop business cases as needed to secure funding and approvals and management of projects to meet budget, time and quality.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet requirements, are on time and within budget in accordance with the project plan.
  • Coordinate delivery of solutions with delivery organization(s).
  • Appropriately prioritizes work items for projects according to strategy.
  • Owns Project Accounting, including consistent progress reports, budget management and customer billing reviews.
  • Follows up on project execution, continuously working to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Including communication and feedback effectiveness, customer satisfaction and time/budget performance.
  • Creates action plans as needed to ensure NPS targets are met.

    About You

    • Bachelor's or equivalent degree preferred and/or relevant industry related experience
    • Masters Degree and/or MBA preferred
    • 3+ years in product marketing, product management, marketing and analytics, pricing or strategy
    • Travel industry experience preferred
