Job Description:
Architect – Senior Project Manager A prominent and successful
Architecture and Design Firm in Phoenix, Arizona is looking for a
Senior Project Manager to join their team. The Senior Project
Manager will be responsible for overseeing a variety of
Multifamily, Student Housing, and Senior Living projects throughout

talk! Education: B.S degree in Architecture required. Registered
Architect (RA) preferred (not required). Requirements: 7 years of
project management experience overseeing all phases of projects.
Must have strong experience with Multifamily, Student Housing, or
Senior Living projects. Experience with Type-5 Construction
utilizing wood framing or other approved materials. Proficiency in
Revit & AutoCAD. Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for
quality documentation Enthusiastic commitment to the
multidisciplinary design process and team environment. Proactive
written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities: The
Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a variety
of projects from the initial design concept through completion.
Supervise and mentor a staff of junior architects and designers.
Consulting with clients on creation, presentation, and design
concepts. Define project scope and design criteria. Managing
scheduling, estimates, budgets, and timelines. Review drawings,
models, images, etc. Leadership skills, ability to build
relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
