Be a part of a team of Quality Engineers at the Tucson Aerospace site that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements. You will drive process initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance, and product quality. • Perform Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA)
• Risk analysis
• Brainstorm solutions
• Continuous improvement
• Coordinate resolution

• Auditor of process
• Supplier Quality
• Customer Quality Experience YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements WE VALUE
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    • 3 or more years of Quality Engineering experience
    • First article inspection experience
    • Experience working on-site with others in different locations
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers in difficult scenarios
    • SAP Familiarity
    • AS9100 certification, ISO9001 certification
    • Outside the box thinking
    • Customer facing experience
    • Greenbelt Certified
    • Knowledge of six sigma tools
    • Understanding of quality processes
    • Hands on work ethic
    • Regulatory understanding
    • Provide clear and concise communications
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion with minimal oversight
    • Ability to partner with others on projects
