CHIEF ENGINEER Full Time Four Points Tucson, Tucson, AZ, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1812 Salary Range: $55,000.00 To 65,000.00 Annually Four Points Tucson Airport is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Chief Engineer to maintain the newly renovated property up to brand standards and surpass Owner expectations. Position - Responsibilities : Administers the preventative and repair maintenance program as required: properly completes work orders on timeSelects or assists in the selection of hotel maintenance staff

• Effectively and professionally communicates with co-workers and supervisors
• Ensures all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies are corrected
• Administers the preventative and repair maintenance program as required: properly completes work orders on time
• Assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department and developing sustainability programs
• Assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans -
• Ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld Job Requirements
  • 5 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
  • Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means -Our Perks: -
