Job Description:

El Tortillero, LLC DBA Alejandro's Tortilla Factory -

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
Must be able to stand for long hours
At least 6 months experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English is required
Must be coachable in order to be succesful in this role
Must be willing to work weekends and most holidays
Will help prepare all ingredients used to cook all menu items
Will help customers with their food orders
Clean all work stations, wipe & sanitize tables in dining room, sweep and mop the floors and some dishwashing is involved
