Job Summary:
The Project Engineer will support the Stinger Program (Restart)
with potential support needed on AIM9X (NPI) and Javelin(NPI)
within the 801 Subsystems Make Center. For further information

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Applying manufacturing engineering skillsets across the extended
value stream to resolve constraints and improve process and product
designs
Leverage knowledge and technical skills to influence business
decisions and results from new designs to recurring production
Design, control, and improve the producibility of products through
collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
Lead and coordinate projects, efforts and improvements across the
extended value streams
Act as the manufacturing and producibility authority within the
program
Identify and resolve constraints across the program
Participate in corrective action investigation
Provide technical input and peer review to engineering design
changes
Provide technical guidance and problem solving to factory
engineers
Qualifications must have:
Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
(STEM), preferably in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or
Electrical Engineering
2 years of engineering/manufacturing experience
Experience interpreting and improving technical drawings
Experience communicating technical information to different
audiences
Experience with technical writing
Experience with MRP systems
Experience teaching, training and/or mentoring manufacturing
systems to junior engineers
Ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosives Access (ATF)
Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the
start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are
eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications we value:

Ability to work or lead in groups and cross functional teams
Current DOD Security Clearance
