Role Type: Onsite This position is 100% On-Site in Tucson, AZ The
Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) includes all of the engineering
disciplines responsible for systems design & test with all Raytheon
products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the
development lifecycle for test including: test requirements, test
system design, flight simulations, hardware-in-the-loop,
computer-in-the-loop, advanced engineering prototyping technology,
flight operations for manned and unmanned vehicles, environmental
testing, environmental characterization and engineering laboratory
management. We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology
and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the
most advanced engineering systems in the world. You will provide
Test Equipment (TE) integration, security consultation,
troubleshooting, sustainment, and compliance with the ultimate
responsibility to maintain test integrity and the availability for
our test systems. What You Will Do: You will be responsible for
processes and procedure development, contracting estimates, data
management, and project management supporting the Test Environment
Support Administration (TESA) team. As a part of this role, you
will collaborate with multi-discipline teams in the operation,
testing, and troubleshooting of systems. You will interact with
Program Managers, Chief Engineers, CPT/Directorate Leads, as well
as other functional management to drive results to achieve program
and business unit objectives. Provides independent health checks by
evaluating department metrics and finical operation. Qualifications
You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science,
Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years'
prior relevant experience OR an Advanced STEM degree and 3 years'
prior relevant experience. Experience with Windows operating
systems in desktop and server environments. Experience with
financial reporting activities including, but not limited to Cost
Account Management (CAM) Experience leading efforts as a program
manager, IPTL, sub-IPTL, REA and/or project team lead. The ability
to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start
date. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Experience
with Raytheon proposal capture process (development of compliant
Basis of Estimates, and White Sheet Development), Estimate at
Complete (EAC) process and Engineering Labor Forecasting (ELF)
System. Excellent customer service and training skills, including
oral and written technical communications, strong Excel skills, an
understanding of hardware/software issues, and an independent

77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. RTX considers several factors when
