JOB TITLE: RS Aircraft Technician II LOCATION: Mesa, AZ PAY RATE: $32.18/hour We are a national staffing agency partnering with top-tier aerospace and defense companies, and we’re seeking first-class employees to join our clients’ teams! Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary? Summary: Under minimal supervision, perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures. Perform complex inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft with minimal supervision. Communicate effectively to receive and understand work assignments. Coordinate with MTL, STM, and Inspection to ensure compliance with FAA and internal documentation standards. Accurately complete CMP cards, work orders, and other documentation in a timely manner. Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications. Properly tag and securely store customer property and aircraft components. Operate ground support equipment (e.g., hydraulic mules, lifts, tugs) according to procedures. Assist with aircraft movements in hangar and ramp areas. Provide guidance and training to less experienced technicians. Protect customer property at all times (PTP). Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate and 2 years of aviation maintenance experience OR 4 years of aviation maintenance experience, including 2 years on mid- to large-size aircraft required. Valid Driver’s License required. Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
