Job Description:

Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic engineering and
maintenance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimum
functioning of our electrical systems and equipment across our
extensive manufacturing operations in the western United States and

impact. Develop, implement, and optimize maintenance strategies for
electrical systems and equipment. Regularly perform thorough
inspections and tests on electrical systems to ensure functionality
and safety. Identify inefficiencies and potential electrical
problems and develop proactive solutions. Collaborate with other
engineers and maintenance staff to improve system performance while
ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
Document and maintain records of inspections, tests, and repairs.
Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff.
Participate in sustainability initiatives to promote energy
efficiency across all operational activities. Strong expertise in
electrical systems within a manufacturing or industrial
environment, particularly within cement, concrete, or related
industries. Proficient in the use of electrical diagnostic tools
and equipment. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking
skills. Solid understanding of national and local electrical codes
and regulations. Adept in Microsoft Office and maintenance
management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k A valid professional engineer (PE)
license is preferred. Certification in Electrical Safety
Compliance. Training and certification in Lean Manufacturing
principles are advantageous.
