Job Description Job Description Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour Job description: Join Our Team: Electrical Cable Harness Technicians (Entry-Level to Skilled) Location: Tucson, AZ A well-established contract manufacturer based in Tucson is seeking career-minded, disciplined, and dedicated individuals to join our growing team. We value integrity, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence, and we are currently hiring Electrical Cable Harness Technicians ranging from entry-level to experienced professionals. About the Role: As an Electrical Cable Harness Technician, you will play a vital role in the fabrication and assembly of electrical harnesses and cable systems. You will work in a clean, safety-focused environment where attention to detail and product quality are top priorities. Specific training will be provided to ensure your success in the role. Duties 9/80 work period with off Fridays every other week. Assemble and fabricate cable harnesses according to schematics and engineering specifications. Calibrate and test wire harnesses using precision measuring instruments and Ohmmeters. Troubleshoot issues with wire harness assemblies and make necessary adjustments. Work with high voltage systems while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct visual inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards Collaborate with engineers to improve designs and assembly processes. Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and test results. Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen Hands-on experience with electrical harness and cable assembly. Familiarity with crimping tools, wire stripping, and termination processes. Ability to fabricate hardware at a workbench for extended period of time. Ability to maintain concentration and focus on tasks for extended periods. IPC 610/620 and J-STD-001 certification a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions. Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for calibration tasks. Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to work collaboratively within a team. A commitment to safety standards in all aspects of work.
