This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project execution while maintaining high standards of quality and safety, particularly in the steel and structural engineering sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the project management team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project execution Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of resources Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the project management team Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in steel and structural projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on steel and structural projects Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects from inception to completion Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable Benefits Company Truck Fuel Card 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance Paid time off, sick pay, and company holidays Employee assistance program - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
