Drive, Tucson, AZ 85755 Duration: 12months contract (with potential
extension or conversion) Pay Rate: $42$45/hour (W2) Work Model:

Dental, Vision Job Summary The Systems Engineer will apply
diversified knowledge of engineering design principles and
practices to support complex systems and projects. This role
involves generating design concepts, participating in design
reviews, and performing development and testing to evaluate
performance against design specifications. The engineer will also
support reliability testing, assess system interactions, and assist
with manufacturing process development and troubleshooting to
determine root causes and engineering solutions. Key
Responsibilities Develop and evaluate engineering design concepts
for electro-mechanical systems. Participate in design reviews and
collaborate with cross-functional teams. Develop and execute
engineering and laboratory testing protocols . Perform reliability
testing and evaluate system performance against design
specifications. Analyze system interactions and make independent
engineering decisions when needed. Assist in the development and
improvement of manufacturing processes . Troubleshoot technical
issues, perform root cause analysis , and implement engineering
solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process
optimization efforts . Required Skills Experience working with
electro-mechanical devices. Demonstrated expertise in path lab
technologies. Proficiency with CAD software, including SolidWorks.
Ability to write and execute lab and engineering testing protocols.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Innovative mindset
with a focus on process improvement and optimization. Education &
Experience Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering
preferred). 25 years of relevant engineering experience. TMN
