Guidance Systems (ALEGS) Department is responsible for the delivery
of affordable and innovative electrical products. The ALEGS
Department is currently hiring Electrical Engineer II - Effector
Guidance Systems position in Tucson, AZ to assist with program
execution including cost, schedule and technical oversight
throughout the product lifecycle. Providing resources to drive
development and sustainment activities of airborne electrical
products. Our multi-disciplined teams manage a variety of
engineering projects while maintaining a work life balance. What
You Will Do - Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality,
and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues that may arise
during production, testing, and integration. - Qualified candidates
must have experience with digital, analog and/or RF testing and
experience debugging complex circuit card assemblies or
electro-mechanical systems. Knowledge of RF / microwave devices
preferred. - Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually - Shift
Information: 1st Shift What You Will Learn - One will gain
knowledge of various electrical components, Circuit Card
Assemblies, RF, analog, digital and / or mixed signal circuit
design or analysis - One will achieve an RTX Core Certification and
a Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority (REA) Certification
Qualifications You Must Have - Typically requires a Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related
STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years’ prior relevant experience -
Experience with any of the following: RF, analog, digital, and / or
mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal
processing. - Electronics circuit troubleshooting and/or failure
investigation Qualifications We Prefer - Experience performing
electrical engineering design of CCA, or electronic subsystem;
including circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test and
production/supplier/sub-tier supplier support of test equipment,
test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control, printed
circuit board fabrication, circuit card assembly processes and
related industry specifications. - Experience with electrical
engineering design tools such as: Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE,
System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, Computer Simulation
Technologies (CST), Microwave Design Studio, High Frequency
Structure Simulator (HFSS), Advanced Design System (ADS), -
Experience or working knowledge of electronics test equipment such
as: Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, network analyzer, and Spectrum
Analyzer. - Test problem investigation experience - Experience in
applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods in achieving
production yield improvements. - Experience in resolving production
issues with suppliers and sub-tier suppliers. - Technical writing

salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
