Raytheon is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join
a Product Line team based in Tucson, Arizona. The successful
candidate will be a self starter who is capable of developing and
achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and is able to
successfully interface with functional and program leadership. In
this highly visible role, you’ll be a member of the Product Line
Capture and Strategy Team, and as the Material Program Manager, or
Supply Chain Manager, you will be the liaison between Supply Chain
and the Product Line Capture and Strategy Team. You’ll be
responsible for developing Material Product Strategies and Material
Product Plans to ensure the flawless execution of products while
also supporting execution of development efforts related to the
Product Line. What You Will Do: Coordination of Supply Chain
activities supporting Proposal activities Financial management
(i.e., EV, budgets, targets, working capital, material sales
forecasts, etc.) Overall ownership of the supplier management
process (i.e., Supplier Risk/Opportunity Management Plan, supplier
performance, Small Business plan development and execution,
metrics, international issues, develop/evaluate the
Make-Buy/Make-Where strategy, the Collaborative Agreement process,
etc.), and communication of customer flow through requirements such
as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc. Act
as the Control Account Manager (CAM) Developing and executing
material product strategies Managing product purchase/subcontract
requirements Creating and tracking key product area performance
metrics Ability to travel domestically and internationally as
required Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires: A
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years
prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
and minimum 5 years experience Experience with supply chain and
related systems, procurement, MRP, receiving, cost estimating,
and/or finance U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens
are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer: Able to coordinate strategies and manage
tactical execution Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word,
Excel, Power Point) Advanced problem solving experience Experience
in managing requirements to a schedule and budget Experience
supporting proposals and engineering development efforts Experience
making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
Demonstrated planning skills for both short-term requirements and
long-term opportunities Working knowledge of PRISM/SAP Raytheon or
similar Six Sigma certification Demonstrated ability to interact
with senior levels of leadership effectively – both internal and
external Experience with Supplier management and/or Subcontract
management Negotiation experience Experience working in an

Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all
production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the
development of our products. Applicant must be located in Tucson,
AZ or willing to relocate. There is NO relocation assistance for
this role. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring

remote. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as
well as whether or not the position is covered by a

it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under
these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual
performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s
performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful
candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay
structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
