Planning Lead will perform a variety of technical and business
tasks to support production, including partnering with an
international workshare. The candidate needs to be energetic, a
strong communicator, able to work independently and have the
ability and desire to be a change agent. This individual will
manage overall program planning responsibilities as well as the
associated tasks listed below. The selected candidate will be
accountable to performance around material requirements, execution
to schedule and instilling a “can-do” sense of ownership and
alignment between Supply Chain, Program, and Factory teams to
support superior OTD / MRP performance. The candidate will also be
responsible for Sales & Operation Execution (S&OE) process,
forecasting, simulating and predicting schedule capabilities inside
of MRP. What You Will Do: Interface and coordinate with Program
Leadership Team and other Functional customers Facilitate monthly
program S&OE Interface with Factory Production Control Leads
and Planners Communicate schedule changes across multiple factories
Maintain Planned Independent Requirements for schedule accuracy
Partner with Master Scheduling to create, coordinate and enter
MSALT changes Run and analyze Kinaxis simulations Help develop
strategic plans (MRSP) with the POM and MPMs Facilitate Program
Line of Balance Drive MRP Health with data integrity Manage Program
Residual Compliance Support for DCMA and other scheduled audits
MOCAS/DD250 Coordination and Management Coordinate with PMX on
recertification / depot activities. Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum 5 years prior
relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and
minimum 3 years of experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in
supply chain, operations, or analytics. Experience working within
Kinaxis, and experience working with MS Office applications
including, but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Active
and transferable U.S. government issued DoD Secret security
clearance is required prior to start date. This position requires a
U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export
Authorization. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience supporting
material planning/procurement issues and driving successful
outcomes. Experience with ITAR rules and regulations Experience
with SAP systems or other ERP systems Experience with Government

165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
