Capabilities (SETC) we integrate, verify, and validate our
products. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or
in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our
products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we
develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions
and interfaces, develop test environments, and work together with
our customers. The Effectors Center in the SETC is seeking Systems
Engineers focused on Hardware Integration and
Qualification/Verification testing. In this role you will be hands-
on, supporting the successful completion of test events and the
associated analysis of test data. What You Will Do Lead a team to
perform integration, verification, lab and field qualification
testing to ensure the system under test performs according to
specifications/requirements. Lead and oversee data collection
activities, including review and analysis of data elements, and
provide detailed reports of results. Direct and coordinate
multi-disciplinary teams in fault isolation, fault analysis, and
corrective action investigations across mechanical and electrical
subsystems, system-level performance, and system-of-system
integration, including all-up round (AUR) configurations
weapon-to-carriage interfaces, and aircraft platform integration.
Own the development and quality of technical documentation
supporting formal test events and reviews, including Test Readiness
Reviews (TRR), Consent-To-Ships (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR)
packages, by leading contributors and ensuring review readiness
Lead field test execution teams and serve as the primary
integration authority during lab and field events, with periodic
travel to support critical test milestones Serve as Control Account
Manager (CAM) responsible for scope, schedule cost, and performance
execution of Integration and Verification work packages, including
IMS planning, EVMS reporting, risk management, and staffing
forecasts. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
(STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Hardware Systems Integration experience on military platforms.
Platform Integration and/or Flight Test experience. Experience
supporting field tests, or systems deployed in the field.
Experience with Verification and Validation methods. Ability to
obtain an interim secret U.S. government issued security clearance
is required prior to start date. Qualifications We Prefer
Experience leading technical efforts that require
cross-organizational coordination between DoD customers
(USAF/Navy), prime contractors,and subsystem suppliers. Experience
serving as a Control Account Manager (CAM), with responsibility for
scope, schedule, cost and technical performance. Experience
planning and executing environmental qualification testing,
including climatic testing (temperature, humidity, altitude,
precipitation, etc.) and dynamic testing (vibration, shock, and
mechanical load environments). Familiarity with Electromagnetic
Environmental Effects (E3) testing, including EMI/EMC, lightning,
and related MIL-STD electromagnetic susceptibility/compatibility
evaluations. Experience leading system integration and technical
execution for flight test activities on USAF or Navy aircraft
platforms, working closely with government and prime contractor
flight organizations Experience collecting and evaluating data to
diagnose and solve technical issues. Experience creating
integration and verification strategies. Experience in integration
with test equipment, telemetry data analysis tools, and missile
systems host platforms. Experience managing and presenting
technical data to Stakeholders and Customer community, in design
reviews and technical interchange meetings. Technical leadership
with capture/pursuit experience, including contribution or
authoring of white papers, RFI responses, proposal of technical

salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
