create a safer, more secure world. The Raytheon Missiles & Defense
(RMD) Metrology and Preventative Maintenance Department within
Operations Engineering performs calibration, maintenance, and
diagnostics, as well as provides measurement capabilities to RMD
make-centers and engineering labs. What You Will Do The Metrology
Senior Supervisor will manage a team of bargaining unit employees
in accordance with the approved contract, support equipment
calibration schedules, work prioritization to meet customer
demands, and act as calibration management interface with
organizations across the plant-site. This position will initially
begin as a first-shift position and will transition to second-shift
after becoming familiar with the role. Provide supervisory support
for all second-shift bargaining unit employees in the department
Manage employee timecards Approve purchase requisitions Manage
Metrology Calibration Service Technicians, Mechanical Service
Technicians and Metrology Technicians Solve routine Calibration
Management System (CMS) problems that are of limited scope and
complexity Maintain and update CMS database Coordinate with
customer base to schedule calibration and repair activities, to
include setting priorities based on mission demands Manage priority
shipments and facilitate resolutions surrounding calibration
equipment data and schedules for internal and external customers
across the plant-site Provide technical guidance and problem
solving to the strategic make center Employee coaching, mentoring,
training Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
Technical problem solving Strong organizational and computer skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Verbal and Written
technical communication Customer and company oriented and driven to
meet or exceed expectations Ability to use active-listening
techniques to discern the requirements of customer requests Ability

PowerPoint Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree
in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced
degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Experience with Metrology The ability to obtain and maintain a
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF)
clearance. Qualifications We Prefer Proficiency with Microsoft
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Metrology practices,
policies and procedures regarding the Calibration and Maintenance
System Experience with operation and usage of a Calibration and
Maintenance System Experience managing a team of bargaining unit
employees Experience facilitating resolutions surrounding
calibration equipment data & schedule including transportation

roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and
maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of
our products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure

remote. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when

function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a

structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
