As a Health System leader, this position shares accountability for facilitating organizational and department goals using effective leadership knowledge, skills and abilities that ensure achievement of expected results for patient/customer service, employee engagement, financial health, business growth and quality and safety outcomes. This leader will oversee three hospitals and related construction projects.Plans, organizes, directs and coordinates the activities of Facility Management. Provides services, repair and maintenance, security, and bio-med services necessary to insure the safe and efficient operation of the market facilities including clinics, and to maintain a comfortable physical environment for patients, employees, medical staff and the public in accordance with policies, procedures, standards and practices, The Joint Commission Environment of Care standards and Element of Performance, the State Department of Public Health and other local community and governmental and regulatory agencies, Administers construction/renovation projects. High School graduate or GED required. Post High School Vocational/Specialized training in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or mill work required.
