ARIZONA - Pima County - Various Locations - Must Be Local or Willing/Able to Relocate Self Assist vaccination clinics in the field at the direction of the Pima County Health Department. This includes coordinating with selected sites for set up and tear down of events, screening patients for contraindications and allergies, following ACIP best practices for administration and reporting adverse events to both the Pima County Health Department and the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). All Staff will be required to meet requirements to vaccinate and/or work in a facility that performs vaccinations as set forth in state guidelines for emergency vaccine administration.The IT Manager will perform the following:Duties and Responsibilities: * The oversight and coordinate of the operations of all PAE IT communications and computer systems which enables PAE personnel to continue O&M operations 24 hours a day* Providing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and IT operational standards* The facilitation, oversight and validation for all server backups, archiving, and recovery operations* Being the proponent for all IT related services subcontracts* Providing and/or coordinating any required specialized training of PAE IT and communications site technicians* Facilitating, overseeing, and assisting with the installation, testing, maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting of all PAE hardware, software and communications systems products* Establishing, implementing and monitoring PC standards and procedures to include backup and recovery procedures* Facilitating and/or assist with the identification, evaluation, and correction of hardware, software, and operational problems* Overseeing the development and maintaining of necessary service logs and records* Coordinating required and/necessary hardware, software and systems updates from vendors* Providing technical guidance, and if necessary, one-to-one training to end-users* Developing project plans, implementing, overseeing, and coordinating the involvement of the appropriate staff, clients, and vendors to ensure effective implementation and fielding of new or enhanced IT and communications systems.* Oversee and monitor the timely resolution of user service desk/help desk tickets to include service requests, problem resolution and requests for new or replacement equipment* Monitoring the status of/with manufacturers and service providers of current/"in force" maintenance agreements, warranties, and site licenses* Overseeing, and assist with as necessary, the installation of internet/intranet systems to include servers, firewalls, internet appliances, broadband transceivers, power supplies, racks & cabinets, switches, hubs, fiber optic cables and CAT5 data cable* Overseeing, and assist as necessary, with the troubleshooting of all IT systems to maintain stability and reliability* Performing other duties as assignedRequired Experience:* Candidate should have five or more years of related experience working in the field of Information Technology* The candidate must have 2 years' experience as an Information Technology Supervisor* The candidate must be able to demonstrate problem solving and organization skills* The ability to act independently is required* Candidate must be able to demonstrate analytical skills, researching skills, strong MS Office Suite skills and possess the drive to learn new computer tools* Candidate must have a safe driving recordDesired: * Having a certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Administrator is highly preferred* Experience working with PAE* Experience conducting IT operations in a health care environmentPAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
