Job Description:
The Assistant Director of Clinical Services provides supervision
of clinical services in a manner consistent with the philosophy and
objectives of Arizona Rehab Campus and licensing for the State of
Arizona. The incumbent acts as a working manager when the Director
of Clinical Services is out of the facility and provides group and
individual therapy sessions, participation in team planning,
discharge planning, case management service, crisis intervention
and liaison services while overseeing day-to-day operations of
staff and clients. The Assistant Director of Clinical Services is
also responsible for assessing the effectiveness and competency of
the therapeutic staff. Qualifications Education: Master's Degree in
social work or substance abuse. Active license with the Arizona
State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners: LMSW, LCSW, LASAC or
LISAC. Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in addiction and
recovery preferred. Licensure/Certification: LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW,
LASAC or LISAC. Independently Licensed preferred. Must be eligible
or currently be on the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
list of approved clinical supervision. Healthcare Provider CPR,
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, Handle with Care within 90-days
of hire and negative TB upon hire and annually thereafter.
