You responsible forcoordination with your team, internal functions, as well as our BusinessProcess Outsoursing (BPO) supplier. You will have oversight ofthe order management and customer service processes and people within ourGlobal Customer Experience organization. You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer Care processes.
