National team as an Epic Director, Client Services. - The Director
is responsible for the leadership and management of client
engagements to ensure that client teams and other business units
receive value from OptumCare EMR engagement. - The Director will
work with client leadership teams and other business units to
provide top-shelf customer service and insights for efficiency,
productivity, and improving our Care Delivery Organization's (CDO)
experience. In this role, The Director will develop and manage
close business relationships at all levels with CDO leaders and
managers as well as support partners and other special initiative
teams ensuring optimal service delivery on targeted service level
agreements and KPIs while maximizing overall satisfaction. -In this
role, you will support efforts for our Epic implementation project
through development of solid leadership relationships and
understanding of how decisions are prioritized and made within the
CDO. - You will play a key role on the IT leadership team by
working with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders to
support business objectives and help clear the way for the project
manager and implementation team when barriers arise to decision
making or resource engagement. - To be successful, you will need to
rely on your ability to hone in on the areas needing deeper
understanding and be willing to tactfully dig in to uncover
unspoken organization conflicts or issues. You will also have prior
experience developing and implementing Epic projects, in depth
knowledge of clinical operations and workflows, be well versed in
Epic training curriculums, and possess the ability to recommend new
process and procedures. Working hand in hand with clinical,
operational, and IT leadership you will ensure the continued
operational success required to support the organization as it
grows. - This role requires you to be detail oriented, organized,
self-motivated and driven towards excellence. -Primary
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate service delivery to assigned
markets/CDOs by liaising with the appropriate
departments/stakeholders and ensure that delivery quality exceeds
service level commitments and client satisfaction
- Maximize client satisfaction by providing consistent,
proactive, and responsive account management services
- Understand business needs and propose solutions
- Develops and maintains an appropriate working relationship with
all internal and client departments
- Provide to the appropriate teams' insights into the client's
needs and expectations
- Communicate operational goals and objectives to the appropriate
teams
- Partner with the appropriate departments to assign
implementation or support responsibilities and ensure targets are
achieved. This includes but is not limited to quality of service,
training and timing of resolution
- Communicate implementation and optimization strategies at the
CDO leadership level and to internal supporting teams
- Attend meetings and provide reports as necessary
- Acts as primary liaise with CDO and internal CDO champion
- Ability to engage and foster collaboration in challenging
settings where competing priorities may impact decision making
- Develop and present to executive leaders various reports
related to new initiatives, performance and lead other high

in.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a health or business-related field
- 4+ years of experience working with the Epic platform,
processes with a proven track record of multiple Epic
implementations
- Experience in healthcare technology managed services
- Experience within healthcare consulting including sales
competencies, project management, developing and presenting
deliverables, and analytics
- Solid Client relationship management experience
- Experience with product life-cycle process from conception
through development into production
- Ability to travel domestically (up to 25% with some
flexibility)
