Job Description:
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Big
Data Technical Support Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Managing a team of senior-level Technical Support Engineers across
the US
Developing capacity forecasts and resource allocation models to
ensure proper coverage
Driving the scaling, onboarding, and ongoing specialization of the
team
Required Skills:
7 years of enterprise application support or operations
experience
Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to discuss
complex technical concepts
Prior experience of at least 3 years managing a team of frontline
and senior-level Support Engineers
Report key metrics to senior management, assess metrics and take
appropriate actions
Experience implementing and advocating customer focused case
handling methodology
Be a strong customer advocate while working with internal cross
functional teams
