A leading U.S.-based supplier of high-quality materials, equipment and analytical services for advanced materials research and production is looking for Operations Manager in Tucson, Arizona. This position will be responsible for receiving products and inspecting from the vendors. They will also be responsible for responding to customers quickly and making sure that the right person is answering the call. This is the right opportunity for you. Apply now!!!Responsibilities:Handle logistics by receiving products from the vendors. Do inspections and add them to inventory management software, managing inventory, packing and shipping items and making sure that they are accurately labeled.Responsible for sales and administration by handling purchases, client orders, online and purchase orders, entering orders in the systems, sending the invoice and collecting the payment.Look after marketing operations by leading the efforts on streamlining the business processes and making continuous improvements to increase operations efficiency.Work with Product Manager and Business Manager as a collaborative team.Manage business processes and looking forward to continuous improvements.Handle business audit processes and also internal audit SOP's.Work on improving the quality of processes.Perform root cause analysis and solving the problems.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in operations management in a similar industry.A BA degree is a must.Must have quality management experience and/or ISO experience.Must have experience in managing external audits.Must be proficient with MS Office and Shopify.Worked on taking a company through the ISO certification process is a plus.Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.#LI-POST #ZR #INDOPS #LI-ONSITE
