Job Summary Hungry Howie's Assistant -Managers
are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, profit maximization and development of high-performing team members. Management candidates should have 2+ years of current management experience in quick Service Restaurants and Pizza is a plus! Responsibilities and Duties

• Our Assistant Managers MUST provide exemplary customer service! Supervise staff to ensure that food and labor costs meet required goals.
• Take deliveries as needed.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure labor is adequately scheduled at the appropriate time to address customer demand within cost guidelines.
• Support local marketing initiatives.
• Recruit staff and oversee employee training program.
