Nephrology Unit Manager provides the direction and leadership

wihin 5 years of hire Registered Nurse License in New Mexico BLS
Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills Self-motivation and
accountability Team Orientation Basic Computer Skills Preferred
Qualifications: Clinical Certification in Nephrology Previous
Management and/or Leadership experience Duties and
Responsibilities: Model positive communication and interaction with
staffEnsure all visitors are greeted appropriatelyProvide highest
levels of customer service providing solutions for
request/complaints by handling them when within the Manager scope
or redirecting to the Director immediatelyEnsure all telephone
calls are answered timely; checking voice mail several times a day
and returning all calls timely (never longer than 24 hours)Obtain
necessary approval and guidance from the director to draft,
coordinate and distribute correspondence, including monthly parent
newsletters, memorandums, and information to families and
staffPrepare and distribute reports as necessaryAssist in marketing
plan and activities; assist with event planning and
logisticsParticipates in new employee department specific
orientationMaintain all operational materialsAssists Director with
annual performance evaluationsEach employee is responsible for
implementing SJRMC's Service Standards into their daily work:
Physical Demands and Environmental Work Conditions:Must be able to
see with corrective eyewear and hear clearly with assistanceMust be
able to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist
frequentlyMust be able to lift greater than 50 pounds and push
0-300 pounds frequentlyPotential exposure to blood and bodily
fluids and meets OSHA training requirements San Juan Regional
