Full Job Description Salary will depend on experience. Summary: Develop and align market initiatives to achieve targeted organic growth Duties & Responsibilities: Identify industry trends and business impact Improve access to and delivery of care; establish and maintain relationships Promote expansion by actively seeking stakeholders and community partners to improve processes, access, and outcomes. Coordinate and support the Market Leader, physicians, and other staff in their efforts to develop collaborative relationships Increase satisfaction among providers who practice in their communities. Attend job fairs, trade shows and other industry events. Other related duties as assigned. Knowledege, Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Knowledge of healthcare analytics and strategy Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, Sciences or related field Four (4) years experience in healthcare provider relations/ business development Valid Drivers License Preferred Qualification: Clinical and/or sales background with experience in business development in healthcare networks or regional markets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits:

    • Bachelors (Required) Experience:
      • clinical business development: 1 year (Preferred)
