This position requires a board-certified physician with 2+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years of Core Faculty experience in graduate medical education. - Roles and Responsibilities: - --- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Internal Medicine Residency Program
--- Develops and implements curriculum
--- Recruits and evaluates faculty
--- Identifies and resolves programmatic issues
--- Ensures compliance with accreditation standards
--- Supervises and mentors residents
--- Participates in clinical activities - Qualifications: --- MD or DO
--- Board certification in Internal Medicine
--- A valid Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one
--- 2+ years of clinical experience -
--- 2+ years of Core Faculty experience in graduate medical education Experience and Skills: - --- Excellent organizational and communication skills
--- Outstanding leadership and management skills
