Job Description:

A nationally leading supplier of research laboratory products is seeking an experienced and ambitious Product Manager to join them in Tucson, AZ. In this position, you will be responsible for managing certain advanced materials/products and providing customer service support to universities and research departments across the world.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $120,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Manage company products and handle inbound customer phone calls and emails
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to discuss customer requirements
• Consult with clients about the feasibility of specific product requests
• Provide technical support to customers and collaborate with other colleagues
• Focus on customer solutions and support to drive sales and product development
• Use metrics to monitor business efficiencies and performance and make data-driven decisions
  Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Material Science/Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or similar fields
  • 1-5 years of work experience required in technical sales, product marketing or product customer service roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Lab equipment and supplies sales experience is preferred
