Position Summary:

Potawatomi Training, LLC (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified candidate who is responsible for overall success of task or work order. Identifies and directs cross-functional task teams to accomplish activities. Monitors technical, cost and schedule performance and directs action to resolve real or anticipated problems to ensure timely product delivery.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

--- - -Reviews team project performance and makes recommendations to streamline workflows and develops plans to correct process deficiencies. -
--- - -Routinely works unsupervised. Provides occasional supervision of contract leads.

Education & Experience Requirements:

EDUCATION:
--- - -Bachelor's Degree

EXPERIENCE:
--- - - Six (6) years of experience managing projects consistent with the size, scope, and complexity as the requirements identified in the PWS. -
--- - -Must have obtained a PMP or a project management focused certificate. -
--- - -Demonstrated history of success in project management principles. -
--- - -Skilled at minimizing risk using an Integrated Master Schedule, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, and Cost Control Account Schedules -

--- - -Top Secret - Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance -

Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands:

--- - -Some walking and standing required. -You may have to lift and carry equipment (i.e. books, tools) weighing approximately 10-15 pounds.
--- - -Most of the work is performed in-doors
--- - -Work in the occupation involves making repetitive motions more than 1/3 of the time
--- - -Requires standing for periodically
--- - -Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel and bend
