A company is looking for a General Manager, Education
Staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure success of the Education staffing business line through
revenue growth and operational efficiency
Analyze market opportunities, build and test new offerings, and
work with cross-functional teams
Establish robust analytics and feedback loops for continuous
refinement and improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience managing a business with P&L
ownership
Experience in professional services, technology, or hyper-growth
companies
Leadership experience in a multi-function environment
Experience with marketing technology, establishing commercial
relationships, and financial metrics
