Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership to the product design team, overseeing
the end-to-end design process
Build and lead a high-performing product design team, setting clear
goals and priorities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand
project requirements and facilitate effective communication
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of extensive design experience, specifically in
healthcare technology or related industries
5+ years of leadership experience with a focus on motivating and
inspiring creative teams
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch,
Figma, etc
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think
strategically while executing tactically
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed design
decisions
