Description:Role and ResponsibilitiesSunbelt Medical Management is a management service organization offering back-office support, contracting & credentialing, and financial analysis for our clients. Sunbelt is a multi-specialty medical management and billing group with clients across all 50 states focused on bringing greater efficiency to healthcare revenue cycle management. Our goal is simple: To change the face of healthcare by creating efficiencies between providers, and their patients and the payers directly. The Revenue Cycle A/R Manager is responsible for outstanding accounts receivable activities for several client accounts managed by the organization. They are responsible for analyzing performance metrics and act as a liaison for 3rd party billing, and work with the leadership team. Qualified candidates have 3 years of RCM leadership experience with extensive knowledge of the medical billing and collections process including patient registration, insurance verification, charge/payment posting, reconciliation, billing, A/R, and denials management. They must be able to work independently, but also function as a team member, providing high quality services to our clients. The Revenue Cycle A/R Manager's responsibilities include:Participate in the entire revenue cycle system life cycleAchieve optimal performance of revenue cycleSupporting revenue cycle processes and staff functionsEnsure continuous improvement in the revenue cycleDevelop sound revenue cycle analysis and reportingResolving revenue and cycle opportunities for improvementIdentify issues related to revenue cycle performancePresent data at weekly team meetings and participate in regular meetings with clientsDevelop the revenue cycle operational and budgetary decisionsIdentifying opportunities for improvement in the revenue cycle processMaintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirementsExceptional Customer serviceEngage with multiple payors and their interfacesAdditional responsibilities as appropriateAdditional Notes:Job descriptions are not intended, and should not be construed, to be exhaustive lists of all responsibilities, skills and efforts.
