• Uphold Massage Envy's Mission, Vision, and Values
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our services and products
• Develop location managers who foster a culture of coaching, support, and equity
• Partner with the Operations Director to train new managers on soft skills, business acumen, and performance metrics
• Ensure performance in your territory aligns with key objectives like member gain, service hours, and guest satisfaction
• Monitor staffing levels; assist with hiring, interviewing, and staffing needs
• Coach and retrain underperformers in sales and service standards
• Maintain compliance with licensing, training, and documentation regulations
• Participate in conference calls and regional meetings
• Conduct monthly location visits to support and evaluate performance
• Address customer service issues and identify systemic improvements
• Promote new products, services, and initiatives
• Manage payroll and inventory for your location
• Review reports to optimize profitability
• Host monthly performance coaching sessions with location managersQualifications
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Understanding of Profit & Loss statements
  • Experience in multi-unit leadership roles, preferably in spa or sales management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
