Job Description:

Seeking a RN with acute care experience - Telemetry Permanent and full-time position RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
• Care Coordination - Actions initiated by nurses with patients, families, and/or members of their healthcare team to manage and correct the sequence, timing, and/or effectiveness of patient care from admission to discharge. License Required: Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days. Certification Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association and others as required by individual department. Certification Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
