MD/OD multi-specialty, ophthalmology practice is looking for a Glaucoma/Cataract Surgeon to join them. The practice currently has a glaucoma surgeon who is extremely busy and would like to reduce their patient volume; the practice also sees a growing need in the city for another surgeon. The practice offers an equal share partnership track to all associates and does not have senior partners; everyone is equal. The new associate can expect to inherit patients from one of the current surgeons to get them started. The practice needs someone comfortable with doing tubes and trabs regularly since there is a high need for those cases in the city. The new associate will also be able to do cataract surgery and MIGS. Other than needing the new associate to help with tubes and trabs, the practice said the new associate can tailor their practice how they want. All cases will be done in two surgery centers that can be bought into. There is no hospital call required. The practice will provide great tech support and scribes in the clinic at all times. Compensation will be a base salary with production bonus. The new associate will have a clearly defined partnership track with transparent buy in.
