Job Description:

A dermatologist is needed for an established practice in Arizona that is expanding into Tucson. They are seeking a motivated dermatologist who wants to build the new practice. This is a great opportunity for a physician who wants the ability and autonomy to start, build, and grow a dermatology practice. The incoming physician will have all the equipment necessary for a practicing dermatologist/Mohs surgeon. The schedule is 5 days a week with no call or hospital work. They will hire general dermatologists as the candidate grows the practice to 100% Mohs, but they will be doing a mix of general dermatology and Mohs to start. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in dermatology. They will also hire a full support staff including MAs. You will receive a competitive 2-year base salary guarantee while you build the practice, 50% of collections, medical benefits, and 4 weeks of vacation. You will also be provided with a $100K commencement bonus, 1 week of CME plus a stipend, a retirement plan, life insurance/disability, and malpractice insurance.
