Three Points Clinic

• Full Time
• Hours: Monday - Friday; Flexible Admin/Clinical Split; 2-3 days clinical and remaining days administrative
• Employed
• Average Patients seen: 18-23 on Clinical Days
• Call Schedule: Phone Only - 1:6

• Additional Info: The Medical Director is:- Responsible and accountable for all aspects of the medical services provided by UCHC Family Practice/Internal Medicine providers- Part of UCHCs senior leadership- Responsible for the Health Care Plan, ensuring that it addresses the needs of the service area.- Provides overall supervision of the Family Practice/Internal Medicine Providers.- Works with the Quality Manager to assure the development, implementation, and continued evaluation of the Quality Improvement Plan- EMR: eClinicalWorksQualifications: - 5 years as a practicing physician- Demonstrated supervisory and management skills- 3 years of previous administrative experience preferably in an ambulatory health care facility preferred- English/Spanish Bilingual preferred- Previous working experience with economically underprivileged and minority populations preferred
