Review and sign daily, quarterly and Plan of Care reports. In schools, attend meetings, communicate with team & families, complete IEP/MET documentation. Requirements (by start date) Arizona Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Current license to practice therapy in Arizona (Speech- Dept. of Health DHS) AZ Dept. of Education (ADE) Certificate (Standard Speech Pathology preK-12) CPR & Article 9 training Company Description Mariposa Therapy is the leading provider for high-quality school based therapy services in Arizona.
