Job DescriptionThis position serves an elderly male with moderate dementia needing 9-10 hours of care per week.At AmanaCare, we provide faithful, personalized in-home assistance to seniors and disabled or recovering adults. We are seeking a non-medical caregiver in Tucson.We offer flexible hours and scheduling. All training is paid, including initial classes through Care Academy and ongoing training and development.This job is:

• A good fit for those with previous experience serving adults with dementia.
• A good fit for one with a gentle, patient and calm demeanor.
• A good fit for one who is creative and can help keep client engaged in conversation and activity.Core responsibilities include:
  • Companionship
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
