Cadence Living is hiring Certified Care Partners in our Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Marana, AZ - La Sonora at Dove Mountain. Our Care Partners (Caregivers) provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized treatment plan. Currently Hiring for: Full & Part-time - 1st shift -12 hrs. (10a-10p) and 2nd shift (2p-10p)

  What will you do as a Care Partner?
  
  • Support residents in their daily activities by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship
  • Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents.
  • Encourage and assist with activity programs
    If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
    
    • Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Current AZ Certified Caregiver certificate
    • Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
    • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
